Karen Whelan is a globally celebrated transformational coach and retreat leader. She founded ‘SOULution Therapy’ with an accredited psychotherapist background and Masters in Spirituality - utilizing a unique ‘whole person’ holistic therapeutic approach.

She has appeared on global stages as a wellness expert, on TV and radio. Martina Acosta Conscious Dancing Workshop

Martina Acosta is a Uruguayan dancer living in Waterford. Having danced ballet from a young age and diving into contemporary and free movement as an adult, Martina has lived the process of unlearning structure and rediscovering how to move in a way that feels true to herself. She loves creating spaces where movers feel safe to explore what dancing means for themselves, through games, exercises, meditation and musical exploration. In her opinion, everyone can dance and what stops most people is not their physical ability but their inner monologue,
In this Conscious Dance workshop, you will engage in a guided movement session focused on self-expression, mindfulness, confidence and emotional release. You will be guided through a series of exercises to help you gain confidence with movement as we begin to move freely together with music designed to aid you release tensions, tuning into your body without judgment or choreographed steps. The intention is to foster self-awareness and a deeper connection with your body, incorporating meditation. We'll create a safe space where we can explore our inner states, release stress, and cultivate presence together.

Join Kathrin for a guided meditative journeying-workshop, inspired by Norse mythology. Participants will ‘travel’ into their own imaginative landscape and visit Yggdrasil the tree of life - at the upcoming season of spring, a time of reorganization and emerging powers in nature. We will journey into the subconscious and gain unique insights, which are than scribbled on paper. This joyful way to gain wisdom from within and the use of visual literacy holds deep healing.
Perceived words, images and sceneries can be decoded just the way we take meaning from dreams. For Kathrin ‘mind journeys’ are the foundation of every creative process and every idea which wants to be brought to life and a powerful tool for self-healing.
As a trained designer, Kathrin is well familiar with envisioning ‘prototypes’ in our outer-everyday-reality, working nearly 30 years in this sector – from startups to global networks.
After a life-threatening accident, Kathrin learned to envision within. During a long period of rest and recovery, she learned how to see again, but this time with an active pineal gland – with a physically opened ‘Third eye’. She decoded weird dreams and healed her broken skull with mind journeys and drawing. Since than she promotes this ‘inner vision’ and offers guided mind journeys to people who wish to self-connect and gain personal insights through guided mind journeys.

Michelle Daly Holistic Yoga Workshop with Michelle

Join Michelle for a session of beginners yoga, breathwork and meditation on Thurs morning. The session will start with some somatic movement to gently open the body, then some accessible yoga movements to access pranic energy. Once the fire is lit, we will explore some breathing techniques to cleanse the body, then settle down to some deliciously deep meditation. If the right virya (energy) is there, we will conclude the workshop with some light sound therapy to soothe and revitalise the body and spirit.
This workshop is designed to be welcoming to everyone, no previous experience of yoga or meditation is required. It will be easy and doable for everyone. Mats can be provided, but you may wish to bring a blanket for the meditation/ sound therapy section (the lying down bit).
Michelle is an advanced yoga teacher, meditation teacher and sound bath/ therapy facilitator. She has been doing yoga for over 20 years and offers classes/ workshops under the name 'SoundEscape'. Michelle specialises in restorative and somatic modalities, using movement, breathwork and sound.
*Note: This class would not be suitable for you if you are pregnant, diabetic or if you have a pacemaker. All classes are based upon trauma- informed protocols.
