This module is suitable for those wishing to work in care in terms of identifying relevant groups in need of care, identifying needs such as social, psychological, spiritual and variations within these needs.   The module equips the learner with the skills relevant to caring for groups or working with a single client.  This module may be completed as a standalone component or as part of a suite of four modules comprising Care Skills, Care Support, Palliative Care and Infection Prevention and Control. This suite of 4 courses runs for the academic year.
