Course Description

This course is suitable for someone who wishes to progress to further study in this area.

Course Content

  • Basic introduction to human movement studies (kinesiology)
  • Basic introduction to lifestyle, fitness and wellness
  • Introduction to resistance (weight) training
  • Introduction to circuit training
  • Introduction to body conditioning
  • Introduction to health-related fitness assessments
