QQI Level 6 Training Delivery and Evaluation (6N3326)

The aim of this course (2 modules) is to qualify graduates to deliver Adult Education courses. The students will complete Training Needs Identification and Design in Autumn 2023 and Training Delivery and Evaluation in Autumn 2024.

Course Content

• To create an awareness of different concepts and theories underpinning the delivery and evaluation of training interventions.
• To familiarize the learner with the approaches, tools and techniques needed in the evaluation of a training intervention to examine if training needs are met and objectives fulfilled.
• To enable the learner with the comprehensive skills required in the development delivery and evaluation of a training intervention.
• To develop the learner’s skills to identify success, improvement opportunities and challenges of a training intervention.
• To assist the learner to develop the academic and vocational language, literacy and numeracy skills related to the Training Delivery and Evaluation through the medium of the indicative content.
• To enable the learner to exercise substantial personal autonomy and responsibility.
• Certification: QQI Level 6 Component Certificate.
